Street Stories: Re:Mind, Talking about Mental Health and Wellbeing
FREE Event
Matthew is pleased to be speaking about his experience, developing Spaces of Hope, at this event on the 29th January 2019. Mosaic Justice Network host our fifth Street Stories event, this time talking about mental health and well-being. Around 1 in 4 people experience mental health problems each year in the UK. In Greater Manchester the rate of contact with mental health services is almost double the national average. This is an issue that all churches and ministries have in common, and we want to grow in understanding to match our compassion. We will hear from health professionals and people who experience mental health problems, to build understanding and discuss how to show love and support to people in need. Please arrive by 7:15 for a 7:30 start.
